Mike Harris taught seminary for 20 years before joining the faculty at UVU in 2017. He received his B.A. from BYU in Spanish with a minor in Family Science. His M.A. is from the University of Phoenix in Curriculum and Instruction and MA in Old Testament Studies from Amridge. Currently he is pursuing doctorate degree in biblical studies at Amridge. He served a mission in Torreon, Mexico and then was an instructor at the Provo MTC for four years. He and his wife Klea have six children. He isn't too shabby at ping-pong.
