Sister Kelly grew up in Highland, Utah and served a mission in the Switzerland, Geneva mission. She received degrees from BYU and the University of Arizona. Her favorite miracles are her marriage to Steven Kelly, chocolate and teaching at the institute. She loves anything French, growing vegetables, traveling, planning to travel, and talking about traveling.
